All bids are final. Bids will not be retracted. All items will be sold without a reserve. Your bid is a contract to purchase. Bidders must register through hibid. In order to place a bid, you must register as a bidder with Hibid and have valid payment information stored in your profile. By providing your credit/debit card information to Family Nest through HiBid you irrevocably authorize Family Nest Estate Solutions of Tampa Bay to charge your primary card on file for the total purchase amount of any winning bid plus any fees associated with the purchase of the item, including but not limited, buyers premium, sales tax, shipping, and handling fees.
Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for the pick-up of your purchases on the pick-up date and times unless you have made prior shipping arrangements.
If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. All items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold.
Bring your necessary tools and help for pick-up.
Payment receipts are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed and your payment has been processed. In the event your payment cannot be fully processed, full payment must be received before pickup or your items will be resold and your bidding privileges will be revoked. Full address for pick-up will be on the winning bidders’ invoices. If you do not receive a copy of your invoice via email, please log into your account on Hibid and visit Invoices/Receipts.
All invoices under five thousand dollars ($5,000) will be auto charged to the primary card on file in your user profile for the total amount due. Purchases of five thousand dollars ($5,000) or more will require an auto deposit charge of 10% of whatever the invoice total is. The remaining balance payment for those invoices must be discussed and authenticated between you and Family Nest Estate Solutions.
SHIPPING: Shipping is available at the buyer's expense including a $10 handling fee plus the shipping cost. Please see Shipping Terms for additional details. Shipping charges will require an additional invoice. NOT ALL LOTS CAN BE SHIPPED - NO SHIPPING ON FURNITURE, RUGS, OR OTHER LARGE ITEMS.
All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the location without payment.
A 15% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.
We have made every effort to describe the lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We aspire to be accurate but we may not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Family Nest Estate Solutions of Tampa Bay does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Electronics have been plugged in and turned on, and often tested. We do our best with descriptions. See the pictures and do your homework. We are liquidators and not experts on every item. Dimensions given may be approximate.
Bid Retraction: If you request a retraction of a bid, ALL of your bids will be retracted. We will NOT retract bids within 60 minutes of an auction close.
Questions: ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding. If an item has been shipped to you and you have any questions or concerns, you MUST report this within 1 day of receiving the item.Winning bidders must sign up for Auction pickup through sign up genius. Auction Pick up will be Tuesday September 3, 2024 from 12-5:30 pm.
