ONLINE ONLY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. As a Registered Bidder, you are responsible for all Terms and Conditions. If you didn't read the Terms, you are agreeing to the terms in their entirety even though you didn't read or see them.
2. You must register with a valid Credit Card in order to receive a bid number to bid on items. If your items are not paid for prior to the end of pick-up day your card will be charged. If you're going to use a different card or want to use a different form of payment, bring it with you the day of pick up.
3. This list is provided for your convenience and mistakes in typing do occur. We do our best to describe items and note any faults seen but that doesn’t mean there may not be something we did not see. All items are sold as is where is. No guarantee is implied. The auctioneer is in no way is making any representation as to the
geniuses or authenticity of the items. Descriptions given us were deemed from reliable sources and therefore used. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON will be given.
4. Please do no attempt to pick up any merchandise without being instructed to by Bodie Knapp Auction Service personnel.
All sales are final and the bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on and we recommend each bidder make every effort to confirm item descriptions to their satisfaction by visual inspection of the photo(s) and take advantage of viewing day.
5. PAYMENT: Cash, Local Checks with proper ID, credit and Debit Card. You must pay
6. If buyer fails to make payment good in full the Auctioneer may, at his discretion, Re-Sell such property at public or private sale and buyer shall be required to pay any loss or expense incurred therein, including attorney fees and court cost.
7. This auction sale IS subject to the Sales Tax Laws of this State.
8. Any bidder Buying for Resale, or Farm must have their 11-digit Texas Sales Tax Number
and EXEMPTION APPLICATION with them on pickup day.
9. This Auction is A Soft Close Auction. Which means it will begin to close Thursday , August 29th 6pm CST This is a gradual close of items beginning in Lot Order if active bidding is taking place on a lot time will be extended, to give each person time to respond. Neither The Auction Company nor Seller is Responsible for Lost Internet Connections for any reason. The computer Software determines which bid is accepted first when it comes to tie bids.
10. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to all purchases. Example: If an item sells for
$100.00, then add 15% =$15.00 =$115.00. Buyer pays sales tax on total.
There is a 3% discount for Cash/ Check Payments.
11. PICK UP TIME WILL BE ON Saturday, August 31st 9am-4pm
12. This Auctioneer is Licensed, & Regulated under a State
This Auctioneers License #1700.
13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at anytime and Bodie Knapp Auction Services recommends that they be reviewed periodically to keep up to date on any changes. When placing any bid we remind you to review these terms.
