1} Payments will be processed with the credit card on file after auction is complete, cash buyers must inform us 3 days prior to auction end of intent to pay cash. Any one Needing Shipping must Send Photo Copy of License and Card By Email Shipping charge will be added after the item is packed and weighed. 2} Sales tax will be charged and collected on all purchases, as required by appropriate state/local laws, unless proper documentation is provided before auction start. If you are sales tax exempt, you will need to provide to us the correct form. ST-105 before start of auction or it will go on the following week. New Life Auction reserves the right to hold winning bid items until payment has been cleared. 3) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. 4) Loss of Bidding Privileges: If you have failed to pay for an item, or failed to timely pick-up items, your bidding privileges can be revoked. Your privileges may be restored by paying for the item and by placing a credit card on permanent file where future purchases will automatically be charged.
