Method of Payment: All purchases must be paid in full by Check, Cash, Visa, Discover, or Master Card. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases. An 18% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.
Removal: Items may be picked up on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Buyers must bring their own assistance in moving items. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer.
***Please bring your packing material, including wrapping and boxes.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY OR HELP TO MOVE THE ITEMS WITHIN THE ALLOWED TIME FRAME, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THE ITEMS.
Shipping: Shipping will only be available through our in-house shipping department for small items only. Shipping will not be available for any large items or furniture. Upon payment of your invoice and handling fee, your items will be taken to the Shipper, who will coordinate all aspects of the shipping of your items; for questions regarding shipping, contact Shipping Manager - Rod Fetters at 260-557-8451.
