ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND BINDING. All items are sold on an as is, where is condition with all faults. There are no warranties or guarantees for any item sold.
Additional terms and conditions may be applied on certain items where necessary. All the items are to be considered, unless otherwise noted in the description, in good, vintage condition. The definition of "good" when used in reference to condition, describes an object as having had no major damage or repair but as with the nature of the material, may show minor surface wear, discolouration etc., which indicates the acceptable wear that the piece may acquire with age. If you are particular about minor flaws, you should ask before bidding. Your bid must adhere to the bid increment schedule.
Regardless of opinions expressed by owners and staff of Adawegamig, it is your responsibility as a bidder to determine condition, authenticity, and value of the merchandise before bidding on an item. By placing a bid, bidder certifies that they have examined the items in the photos provided to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to examine the photos and purchase item anyway, no matter its condition.
If damage is photographed and not notated in the description, or vice versa, it is still classified as disclosed and there will be no refund issued for lack of disclosure. Please feel free to contact us for additional information on any items in our sales. Adawegamig reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Adawegamig reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. All items must be picked up during the posted times advertised. If you purchase larger items, please bring people who can load your items into your vehicle – we cannot help with loading. The viewing and pickup property, proprietors or staff are not liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused to the public or their vehicle by any accident, incident, or mishap. Delivery is available, please message for pricing in advance of the auctions closing (price depends on drop off location). Shipping is also available to you on selective lots via ChitChats or Canada Post (our discretion). Bidder pays courier shipping fees plus $15 packaging / handling fee.
PICKUP - Pickup at Adawegamig - 22107 Island Rd (Hwy &), Port Perry, ON, L9L1B6. We are located one kilometer past the Great Blue Heron Casino on Scugog Island – our building is to the right of the smoke shack, you will see our signage. No appointment needed, you can pick up Thursday – Sunday, 10AM – 5PM following the auction’s closing. If you are unable to pick your items up during the pickup period, please email us at adawegamig@gmail.com & we can try to accommodate you. Items will be held for 30 days - All items not picked up within 30 days will be charged $25 storage per month - after 90 days items will be considered abandoned - no refund will be given.
SHIPPING – We only ship items that are marked as " SHIPPING AVAILABLE", please be sure to check this before bidding on any items in our sales. There will be a $15 handling fee plus shipping costs. You will be billed with the credit card you registered with. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING INSURANCE ON SHIPMENTS: Chit Chats & Canada Post's insurance only includes $100 insurance. If you want additional insurance against parcel loss, at your expense, you must request it within 24 hours of the auction closing.
