You will be required to pay sales tax unless you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate. We accept cash and Zelle with a 3% Buyers Premium discount. Please notify Jason before the close of the auction if you wish to pay with any means other than the card on file. All items must be paid for on pick-up day. Building must be emptied on pick up day. You will need to bring help for loading as there are very heavy items in this auction. Storage fees of $10 per item per day will apply to all items not picked up on time.
