When you win an auction with us and require shipping, you are creating a third party relationship with our shipper. Our shipper is the UPS Store in Murfreesboro, TN. This allows us time to pull your order so that it is ready for pickup when you arrive so that you will not have to wait for us to pull the items you have won. All appointments must be made on Tuesday, July 30th even if you will be picking up on July 31st. Bring help to load your items, packing material and boxes. Any customer with a HiBid rating of 25 or less may be required to pay a deposit via Venmo Friends & Family or PayPal Friends & Family. If required, you will be notified by auction company via email. No bids will be approved until deposit received. Buyer to pay all shipping charges. Shipping will be added to the total cost of the item(s) (hammer price + buyer's premium + sales tax (if applicable). Our third-party shippers do not invoice but contact you directly via phone or email for payment processing. Please contact them directly with any shipping questions, claims, or quotes. We use The UPS Store on Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro, TN for all of our auctions. The minimum shipping charge per invoice is $15. Shipping charge is determined by weight, size, fragility, distance, and the of insurance of the items purchased. The cost of your shipping is never determined by the purchase price at the auction.
