These are the ONLY dates available for load out and the LAST auction, as the property's new owner is taking possession of the facility. Preview time: July 18th 12-3PM Loader will be available during pick up times only. Skid Steer loader will be available during check out dates only, but please bring plenty of help to load your items. Anything that the skid steer loaders cannot load will be the buyer's responsibility. 15% Buyers Premium will be added to final bid price. Vehicles/Trailers/ATV: Any vehicle or trailer sold will come with Bill of Sale or Title. If stated No Title then only Bill of Sale will be transferred to new buyer. This will usually take a week to 10 business days for this to be sent out by certified mail. Out of state Buyers BEWARE: Oklahoma does not require titles on trailers.
