Spectacular Japanese Charger from the Meiji Period from the mid to late 19th century. 2 1/2H x 18W inches (May be just under 18" depending on which way you measure it). Truly an exceptional item with a Japanese landscape including waterfront huts, flowers, foliage, butterflies, and a Phoenix. Just beautiful! Superb quality porcelain that has a nice ring when you tap the edge with your fingernail. Very good viewing condition with some wear on the surface and edges.
