County Consignment Auction. Lots of collectibles, art work, cutlery, brassware, copperware, furniture and many one of a kind items perfect for your home, office, or shop. There is no shipping available on Lots: 282, 283, and 284 There will be no internet bidding on lots 13 and 14 Please note on some lots, the cases are not included with the items.
Auctioneer is not responsible for condition reports. All items sold as is where is. Buyers premium; A 15 % buyers premium is added to all sales. Payment; Payment is expected in full day of auction. Sales Tax; 7% Florida sales tax added to the hammer price. Storage; any item not collected within 7 calendar days will be charged a $10.00 per lot per day storage beginning on the 8th day. Abandonment; any item left over 30 calendar days will be deemed abandoned and disposed of by Garrett and Garrett Auction Company. TERMS: These items and conditions are absolute and cannot be altered or changed in any way. If you cannot follow these terms 100%, you are welcome to stay as a spectator, but kindly do not bid. If you do not understand any of these conditions, please ask the auctioneer BEFORE bidding. Bidding Increments are as follows: ALL STARTING BIDS SHOULD START AT $10 then the following applies: from $1 to $100 you can bid in $5 or above increments from $100 to $300 you can only bid in $10 or above increments from $300 to $1000 you can only bid in $25 or above increments from $1000 on the bidding is in $50 increments only Please be mindful of these parameters when entering your bids. Cash, check, Visa , Mastercard, debit cards 15% buyers premium. If you are the successful bidder at the live auction you will receive a telephone call from our staff on Monday after 1pm CT. Also, please include your code for your card in your information and make sure there are no holds on your accounts. This will help eleminate any issues with your card. If you have a tax exempt status, you MUST have a copy of your paperwork on file with this Auction House. If we do not have your paperwork, you will be charged tax. This is in accordance with Florida State regulations.
We do not ship furniture or large bulk items. Local pick up available. Monday following the Auction from 3 PM until 5 PM Central Time. Bidders are responsible for collection of all goods. Storage; Any items not picked up with in 7 calender days will be charged a $10.00 per lot per day and will be deemed abandoned after 30 days and forfeit the lot. We can drop off small purchases at local U P S Store located in Ft Walton Beach Florida where they will call you for your shipping requirements. We are not responsible for damage done in shipping.
