We are back! Join us on Friday, November 22nd for the online webcast auction and experience EA Auctions for yourself. Everything starts for $5 and sells absolute to the highest bidder. There is a massive selection of furniture, home decor, seating, appliances, electronics, TV's, kitchen goods, rugs, and so much more. This auction is an online webcast auction at 7pm on Friday, November 22nd. If you are unable to watch the webcast and place your bids live it is highly recommended you leave your maximum bid and let the system bid for you in the case you are outbid and only in the next increment up to the amount you designate. Shipping is also offered nationwide. Amazon is the biggest retailer in the world and when they liquidate products its for a few different reasons. The products being sold in this catalog come directly from various Amazon Fulfillment Center's all around the country and will consist of a few product types/conditions including new overstock, packaging damaged items, and customer returns. Each listing will designate the product type of the item youre bidding on. Everything is being sold as-is so please ask questions or for additional information regarding the items you have interest in if needed. We go through the items and inspect for major damages and EA Auctions will guarantee the functionality of any item being sold for 72 hours after pick-up. Many of the returns have been inspected by Amazon and given a Second Life. Please note that these are the items being sold underneath "Used Good" on Amazon's site.
1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. All credit cards used at the time of registration will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for the total invoice price plus buyer's premium and sales tax. Shipping including the handling charges (if needed) will be a separate charge once packed and quoted. If you would like to arrange another form of payment. You MUST contact us prior to the start of the auction. 2. Everything will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. It is imperative that you are fully satisfied with the item prior to placing your bid. It is the the buyer's responsibility to perform their due diligence and ask any questions they may have prior to placing a bid. Absolutely no guarantees or promises as to the condition, functionality, rarity, originality, or any form of authentication regardless of any statements made written or announced either in the auction listing or via the live video webcast. If you are not entirely satisfied with the item you would be bidding on. Please do not bid. 3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. if he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 5. Pick-up or shipping when available must be completed in each auction's designated window and time frame. If you are unable to pick-up in the alotted time you MUST contact us prior to the auction closing to make arrangements. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5 per day up to $50 per lot begins 24 hours after the last advertised pick-up time. After 10 days, if your item has still not been picked up and any applicable fees are not paid, your item will be deemed abandoned and resold with no refunds. 6. 15% BUYERS PREMIUM - In effect on all merchandise sold either online or in-person. A 15% buyer's premium fee will be added to the final bid price of all items. Please keep this fee in mind while bidding. 7. SHIPPING - On any item in which shipping is offered. The buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any associated packing expenses. Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.A. Exact freight costs are unknown until we know what you won and the package dimensions/weight. Any estimate or quote given prior to the final cost is simply that, an estimate. 8.

All invoices are required to be paid in full immediately following the conclusion of the auction. A credit card authorization was required upon registering for this auction. The cards on file will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction for the full balance due plus buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax. If you would like to arrange another form of payment; please contact us prior to the start of the auction. If your card is declined for the full balance; a smaller deposit may be charged. Shipping is Available on Most Lots. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the high bidder including freight and packing materials.There will be a $15 service charge per invoice that requires shipping.
