These Bidder Terms and Conditions apply to auctions conducted by our company and constitute a legal, valid, binding, and enforceable contract between Auctioneer and each Bidder. These bidder terms and conditions also form the basis for the contract of sale between the Seller and the Buyer. For the purposes of these Bidder Terms and Conditions, the term "YOU" refers to each Bidder (as defined below).

Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.
Preview is strongly suggested to gauge the condition of each piece and to gain perspective on the size or number of items in each lot.
All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid.
We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission

* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Please ask questions if photo does not match description of listing.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
* 7% Sales Tax will apply.
* 18.50% Buyer's premium will be charged.
* Payment types that you accept: Cash, Good Check w/ID, Visa, Master Card, Discover
* The Credit Card used to register with hibid will be automatically billed for purchases at close of pickup day.
* Any surcharges or discounts for payment types.
* Required time of pickup/checkout. PICKUP TIME: to be determined by the auction date.
PICKUP LOCATION: to be determined by the auction date.
* Bring Whatever it will take to get your items loaded, moving cart, extra helpers, etc...
* All removal of item(s) is at the complete risk and expense of the buyer.
* Shipping available on small items only.
If item/items is / are missing or damaged before we ship or pick up , we will issue a full refund that you paid for the item.
