In regard to the current Corona Virus situation, we will be changing the Auction closing date to Friday, May 1, 2020. Additionally, we will be making changes to our pick-up to respect the need for social distancing during this time. Our out-of-town customers will not be affected by this and shipping will occur as usual. The changes to pick-up protocol will be as follows.
Auction pick-up will be by appointment only over a 10 business day period. You will need to call, text or email to schedule your pick-up appointment. At the time of your appointment, we ask that you remain in your vehicle until we have finished pulling your order. We will bring your order to the front porch ready for you to load. We prefer that customer pays with card on file, but we will accept all forms of payment at this time. Should you choose to make a cash payment, we ask that you please bring exact change. We will not accept pick-ups on a walk-in basis, as our Auction House must remain closed to the public with no exceptions.
After the ten day period, we will automatically charge the card on file for all orders that have not been picked up. All orders must be picked up within 30 days. After 30 days, all lots will be forfeited and relisted into the next auction.
