(OUT OF STATE PURCHASER) Are you will be picking the vehicle up and driving home? Towing the vehicle home? Or arranging for shipping? (We need to know this data, so we know to collect YOUR state tax or not) **Vehicle Condition:** All vehicles are sold "as-is, where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied unless stated otherwise. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect/verify or ask questions about the vehicle prior to bidding. We will assist as much as possible but the purchaser must arrange for vehicle pickup and delivery. **Paperwork:** To finalize your purchase, paperwork is required after the auction and before the vehicle is shipped or picked up, including but not limited to, Bill of Sale, Title Transfer, Odometer Disclosure, Privacy Statement, Buyers Guide, Agreement to Provide Insurance/Affidavit, POA, ext. Transfer documents will be sent via email, for electronic signature, a PDF copy of everything signed will be sent back completed via email, if you would also like a physical copy, please be sure to let us know, and we will include with the title and physcial invoice. **Title and Documentation:** Title and necessary documentation will be provided to the buyer upon receipt of full payment. Any fees for title transfer or registration are the buyer's responsibility. These are state issues fees, we do not mark any fees up, they are all true cost! For out of state purchasers, you will handle these transfer fees with YOUR local DMV. **Taxes:** We are a licensed dealer in the state of Florida, and we are required to collect all necessary state fees and taxes. If you are an out of state buyer and would like to pick up your vehicle, we are required to collect your states sales tax and remit them on your behalf, paperwork will be provided, (DR-123) for you to drive back to your home state on a temp tag, for more information about this, please contact us. **Inspection:** Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicles prior to bidding. All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. **Liability:** The auction company is not liable for any damages or losses once the vehicle is sold and in the buyer's possession. **(FLORIDA RESIDENTS ONLY)** License Plate:** Please let us know after the auction if you have a valid license plate to transfer, or will require a new plate. Regardless if a new tag or just a tag transfer is required, we will issue a 30 day temporary tag for you to use the vehicle while paperwork is submitted to the state. **We are required to handle all DMV paperwork/registration for all Florida residents** **For out of state buyers wishing to pick a vehicle up and drive back to their home state, we can provide a temporary tag for you, however if we give you a temporary tag, we are required to collect your states sales tax and remit it on your behalf, we will provide you with a reciept of this (DR-123) so your state is aware at the time of you registering your vehicle back in your home state. If an out of state purchaser wanted to tow the vehicle back to their homestate, a temporary tag will not be provided or required, and tax will not be collected or remitted by us, and you will be responsible for towing the vehicle outside the state of Florida, and handling registration/taxes with your local DMV. Sales tax will only be collected for Florida residents, or out of state residents wishing to drive the vehicle back to their home state.
