Conditions of Auction All Properties are being sold as-is and where-is in every way. All information given is from sources believed to be correct, but is not guaranteed. Buyers are best advised to rely entirely on their own information, judgments and inspection of the articles and bid accordingly. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel is in the best interest of the auction, and the auctioneer reserves the right to stop the bidding if he feels a person's conduct, actions, or adverse comments are not in the best interest of the auction. In the case of a tie bid, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, re-open the auction between the top 2 bidders, and should a tie occur between a left bid and a floor bid, the bid will go to the floor. All announcements from the Auction Block shall take precedence over any printed or otherwise announced statements. All won articles are to be picked up on designated dates/times unless explicit alternate arrangements have been made. Articles unclaimed after 1 week (or as otherwise noted in the auction details) may be considered abandoned, and disposed of at the auctioneer's discretion. Upon registration the bidder grants Dudley's Auction permission to contact them through any means they deem most appropriate. Terms of Sale Approved payment types include cash, check (upon approval,) and credit/debit cards when available. All sales are subject to Florida Sales Tax unless a current Florida Certificate of Resale is on file or a signed copy is presented on the day of the auction. The buyer agrees to pay a 15% buyers premium (day of sale: 15% BP if paying cash or check) Purchased items are to be paid for, and removed from, the auction site the day of the auction unless announced differently from the block. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor is responsible for the delivery of purchased items, and are not liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is held. All sales are final. All won articles are to be picked up on designated dates/times unless explicit alternate arrangements have been made.
