Certain items may be subject to reserve or minimum bids, and confirmation of the reserved bid is required for the sale to be finalized. Legally Binding Agreement: Acceptance of a high bid constitutes a legally binding contract enforceable in a court of law. Payment Terms: All purchases must be settled in full on the day of the auction. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle, Cashier’s Check, Visa or a wire transfer. Buyer's Premium: A 12% buyer's premium will be added to every purchase. Sales Tax: A 7% tax will be collected on every sale unless a valid state sales tax exemption certificate is on file upon registration. State sales taxes will be collected on all titled vehicles unless a current auto dealer's license is on file upon registration. Condition of Items: All items are sold "as is," without expressed, written, or implied warranties regarding their condition. Prospective buyers are advised not to bid on items unless they are certain of their condition. Item Removal: Purchased items must be removed by the Wednesday following the auction, unless special arrangements are made. Assistance can be obtained by calling 863-600-7544. Items left beyond 30 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Socrates Auction LLC. Responsibility and Liability: Socrates Auction LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left at the auction. The risk of injury remains with attendees at all times, including minors accompanied by adults. Sebring Auction LLC cannot be held liable for any injuries, including death. Default and Legal Action: In the event of a default on any of these terms, and should legal action be pursued, Sebring Socrates is entitled to all costs and attorney fees incurred in the enforcement of this Auction. Terms of Sale: All merchandise, livestock, or animals will be sold for cash or equivalent funds to Sebring Auction LLC. ALL QUESTIONS ABOUT A LOT MUST BE ASKED BEFORE PLACING A BID.
