Items/lots not paid for within 8 days (including weekends, holiday and business days) of the concluded auction will be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction or returned to the seller. Buyer specifically WAIVES the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. Shipped Invoice(s) over $250.00 may require payment via cash/wire transfer/Zelle/cashiers check as the only method of payment. All new Hibid accounts under 6 months of age may be required to pay via cash/wire transfer/Zelle/certified check. All items will be shipped to the credit card billing address of record unless you would like to pay by Zelle or wire transfer. Resellers must submit a valid 2023 resale certificate before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged on all in-state transactions. BIDDING: All items are sold/shown "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online or by proxy.
