All winning bids are final. Items are sold as is. Payment for items must occur within 48 hours of the close of the auction or the item will be forfeited by the bidder and subject to new auction. Users must cooperate with any claim procedures. unless otherwise noted in the description, our items ship with insurance. In such cases where an item is lost or damaged in transit, you will need to cooperate with the insurance claim process of your postal service to obtain a refund. We are not obligated to attempt reshipment or supply the customer with a replacement item or an item of like kind. All item descriptions and photos are thought to be accurate, but are not guaranteed. In cases, where a description or photo is inaccurate, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund upon return of the item, including original outbound shipping charges. We reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time for any reason, including items that have been paid for that have not yet shipped. Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delayed shipments. In the case of jewelry, the gemological description is authoritative. Do not bid if you are not serious about keeping the item. All fraudulent bids, or unpaid invoices will be subject to a handling, restoking, and inconvenience fee of $50.00, by bidding on an item you are agreeing to commit, and by bidding you agree to pay the inconvenience fee if left unpaid within 48 hours.
