Kellan Estate Auction Located 509 East WL Doc Dodson, Naples, TX 75568 Buyers can prebid online through HiBid. HiBid bidding will end Jan. 17th at 12:00 PM (CST). Auction will take place onsite January 18th at 9:00 AM (CST). HiBid bidders will be notified by January 19th 8:30 AM (CST) if they were highest bidder on item. ITEMS INCLUDE: Pecan harvesting, shelling & cracking equipment, trailers, equipment, vehicles, tools, panels, dog kennels, skid steers, lawn mowers, and much much more. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IT/WHERE IS.
Buyers can pre-bid online through HiBid. HiBid bidding will open January 6th at 9:00 AM (CST) and CLOSE January 17th at 12:00 PM (CST). Auction will take place onsite January 18th at 9:00 AM (CST). HiBid bidders will be notified by January 19th 8:30 AM (CST) if they were highest bidder on item. 10% Buyers premium. Must provide Tax Exempt card (if applicable). Auction company will collect payment directly from seller. We accept card payments or direct wires. (3% fee will be applied with use of card payment) ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS. NO GUARANTEES. If you the highest bidder, you will be responsible for pickup. WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING. All items MUST be picked up BY FRIDAY, JANUARY 24th at 12:00 PM (CST). Any items not picked up by January 24th at 12:00 PM (CST) will be forfeited to the auction company (H3 Auctions) and NO REFUND will be made.

Buyer will be notified is they were the highest bidder by January 19th at 8:30 AM (CST). Payment will need to be made by 12:00 PM (CST) same day to the auction company. We accept card payment or bank wire. There will be a 3% card processing fee.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING OR HAVE SHIPPING SERVICES. Buyer will need to make arrangements for items to be picked up by JANUARY 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM (CST). If not picked up by that date, items will be forfeited to the auction company.
