By rotating the rod counterclockwise you can loosen and adjust the length and then by rotating the rod clockwise you can secure the desired length. It has an adjustable height range from 33 inches to 75 inches making it suitable for shooters of various heights REMOVABLE 360 ROTATION V YOKE: The V yoke holder is designed with soft rubber ridge on top which provides a comfortable grip and effectively prevents your rifle from being scratched. The 360-degree rotation feature allows for quick and accurate shooting.
