This Everbilt Expansion Tank will absorb pressure increases when properly installed on your closed water system. Most local codes now require an Expansion Tank on residential closed water systems. Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payments will be collected through the HiBid platform via credit card, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any settlements over $1000 will be to be paid via wire transfer or cashier's check.
Local pickup is on Monday, January 6th from 12pm-6pm at our auction warehouse located at 3013-G Hall Watters Dr in Wilmington NC 28405. PICK UP IS ON PICK UP DAY, so unless you are having items shipped, please be prepared to come at the designated time. We cannot guarantee availability of staff at any other time besides pick up times. Late pickup will be charged $5 per day for storage ($10 PER ITEM PER DAY for furniture). You are required to make contact with staff via email at Auctions@LutherBros.com if you are unavailble to pick up on pickup day and request an alternate day. We do not have space to store items, so we must move them around which uses labor and increases chances for loss and breakage. Failure to pick up items within 7 days after the auction closing time will result in items being considered abandoned. Abandoned items will become property of the auction company to be resold for storage fees without a refund. Failure to pick up items in a timely manner will result in restricted bidding privileges. Buyers purchasing large or heavy items, MUST bring appropriate vehicles and sufficient help to load. If you are requesting shipping, you are required to make contact via email at Auctions@LutherBros.com to request shipping. $10 handling fee will be added to any items that are shipped. Items will be grouped when applicable for shipping. We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.
