- COD Shipping may be available on certain items, please check with our office by calling 506-455-1400. All other items must be picked up.
- All Bidders are responsible for purchases made on their online bid number. Do not share your username/password with anyone. If you suspect your login credentials have been compromised, contact NDI Auctions immediately.
- All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed, written or implied, unless otherwise indicated.
- Winning bidders are responsible to pay in addition to the purchase price all applicable buyers fees, admin fees, requested services and HST.
- Payment can be made by e-transfer, cash, debit or be charged to buyers credit card following the closing of the auction.
- NDI Auctions will not release goods if the buyer has any outstanding charges due.
- A Buyers premium is applied to all items sold in the auction.
- Consignors are forbidden to bid on their own lots. If a consignor is caught bidding on their own items, they will lose their auction privilege's permanently with NDI Auctions, and their items will be resold in a future auction. The consignor will be charged both the buyer and seller commissions along with a $500.00 administration fee.
- NDI Auctions online catalogue is prepared based on information provided to us by the consignor and may contain written inaccuracies, typo's, errors or omissions. NDI Auctions policy is for staff to not offer any opinions of condition or value and NDI Auctions will not be held liable in the event this occurs.
- Any clarifications needed regarding the above terms and conditions must be made prior to entering any of NDI Auctions online auctions.
