All vehicles in this auction are sold by Bates Ford located at 1780 Franklin Road, Lebanon, TN. 37090 and may be viewed at this location prior to bidding. 1. All vehicles are being sold "AS IS" from the dealer and no warranty is implied. If the vehicle is still within age and mileage of factory warranty it may apply. Vehicles can be viewed and inspected before bidding at 1780 Franklin Road, Lebanon, TN. 37090. 2. Bates Ford reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 3. A $199 documentation fee will be assessed to all auctions. A 2% buyers premium will be assessed to all winning bidders. 4. Tax, title and license will be added for all vehicles that will be registered in Tennessee. For vehicles that will be registered outside of Tennessee as long as no lien is being placed on the vehicle customer will be responsible for tax, title and license in their state. If the vehicle is going to be driven off the lot an $8.50 temporary tag will be required. 5. Vehicle must be paid for within 3 days of auction close and picked up. Acceptable payment methods are wire transfer, cash or local cashiers check. A credit card may be used also and a 3% fee will be added. Any vehicle not paid with-in 3 days of close of auction that bid is no longer valid. 6. By bidding on this auction you agree to all terms and conditions for this auction. 7. We can connect you with a shipper if you need to arrange shipping. It will be at buyers expense. 8. Any buyer that does not complete payment will be banned from future auctions. 9. Vehicle must be paid in full before pick-up 10. Buyer must complete paperwork required by law for vehicle purchase prior to picking up. 11.
