Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides items for auction with the following terms and conditions. By bidding on or purchasing items, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Service Fee
An 8% service fee will be added to the final sale price of each item purchased. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing and handling auctions. By participating in our auctions, you agree to pay this additional fee in addition to your winning bid amount.
Condition of Items
All items sold through Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC are store returns and are sold "as is." Items may vary in condition, including potential imperfections or signs of previous use. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items, but buyers are responsible for reviewing descriptions and images thoroughly before bidding. All sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Warranty and Guarantee
Items sold are provided "as is" without any warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing. Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the manufacturer and must be pursued directly with them. Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC does not offer additional warranties or guarantees.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis with prior agreement. Buyers must arrange and confirm all shipping details directly with us before bidding or purchasing. Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any third-party shipping service.
Limitation of Liability
Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased items, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
