AS-IS Sales
All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees.
No refunds or exchanges.
Items are not tested unless explicitly stated in the listing.
Descriptions are provided to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed.
Bidding
Bid Responsibly: Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly examine items before placing bids.
Right to Refuse Bids: Trash2Treasures reserves the right to reject bids at its discretion.
Auction Adjustments: We reserve the right to cancel or reopen the auction if needed due to system issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Pickup Details
Pickup Location: 324 Kenwood Ln, Longview, TX 75604
Pickup Times:
Saturday, Dec. 14: 12 PM - 5 PM
Monday-Tuesday, Dec. 16-17: 9 AM - 2 PM
Alternate Arrangements: Pickup outside these times is available by prior arrangement only.
Forfeiture Policy: Items not picked up during scheduled times or without prior arrangements will be forfeited without a refund.
Payment & Fees
A 15% Buyer’s Premium applies to all lots.
Payment Methods:
Card on File: Payments will be charged automatically unless prior notification is provided.
Cash Payments: Accepted if arranged before auction close (exact change required).
Invoicing Platform: All invoices are processed through Hi-Bid.
Buyer Responsibilities
Equipment Removal: Buyers are responsible for dismantling, disconnecting, and moving purchased items.
Bring Supplies: Please bring packing materials, tools, and labor as needed. Trash2Treasures does not provide assistance with packing, loading, or moving items.
Shipping
Shipping Fees: The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
Minimum Handling Fee: A $10 minimum handling fee applies and increases based on packaging and shipping requirements.
Combined Shipping: Items may be grouped to reduce shipping costs when possible.
Shipping Disclaimer: All items are shipped "AS IS." Trash2Treasures is not responsible for damage or breakage during shipping.
Indemnification
Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trash2Treasures from any claims, losses, liabilities, or injuries arising from the auction or item pickup.
Legal Age Requirement
Bidders must be of legal age to participate in the auction.
