It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, value and any other relevant information of an item. The Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. The description and information respecting the property or advertisements for sale are believed to be correct but if any error be found therein it shall not annul the sale, nor shall any compensation be allowed in respect thereof. The Bidder acknowledges and understands that the Online Auction service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Cosens Auctions, HiBid or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Cosens Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Cosens Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Purchasers must pick up items at designated and posted pick up times. If the scheduled pick up time is not suitable, other reasonable times must be organized prior to bidding. Any item not picked up will become the property of Cosens Auctions with no refunds.
