The auction will close at a rate of 2 lots every minute. This auction features extended bidding. J. Michael Sales online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time, however, our auctions have an 'Auto-Extend' feature. Any bid placed within the final 2 minutes results in the bidding on that lot automatically extending by 2 minutes. The bidding will extend in 2 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids and the lot sits idle for 2 minutes. This allows all bidding parties the opportunity and no one to be outbid in the last seconds without having the opportunity to bid again - just like a live auction. All items are sold AS-IS! No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. Buyer's are encouraged to inspect items during auction preview, and we attempt to describe items to the best of our knowledge. Please bring assistance to load large or heavy items. We do have a loader tractor on site to help load heavy items onto your truck or trailer. While we do strongly prefer that customers come to pick up their won items on pickup day, We can ship smaller items at our discretion, even if lot doesn't say so. Please feel free to ask to verify shipping capability. IF we do ship your items, there may be a handling fee that covers the cost of packaging materials, on top of actual shipping charges. We will try to use the cheapest shipping option, unless customer directs us otherwise.
