5. Black Dog Auction is not liable for ANY missed bids due to technical issues or late registration. We reserve the right to deny any bidder that is difficult or does not pay. If there is a delay or HIBID is down for any reason this auction will restart once it comes back up and one extra day will be added to the sale.

7. All buyers residents or companies located in the state of North Carolina or any other state will be charged sales tax on all items in this sale. Only verifiable dealers which qualify under State Guidelines of the Department of Revenue of North Carolina and have proper complete paperwork will be exempt from applicable sales tax.

9. If you do not pick up your items at end of pick up day or arrange shipping with us. Your items will then be forfeited. No refunds or credits of any kind will be given. Settlement emails are batched after the auction and sent thru Hibid as a group please check your email that you have on file thru them, We do not hand type in your email and are not responsible for late or never received emails. If you believe you won an item please call during pick up times and we will be happy to let you know.

17. BUYER’S PREMIUM: The final total due for the buyer’s purchases will include a 13% Buyer’s Premium & sales tax. If you bid $100 for an item, the Buyer’s Premium will be $13 making the total $113.00 plus any applicable tax, credit card fee and any internet bidding fee.
18. Bidding for this sale is online only. You are encouraged to monitor your bids. You can enter a maximum bid and the system will automatically bid for you up to that amount. You are liable for maximum amount if it reaches that amount. If you chose not to use this option, please return to our site as the auction is ending to place your final bids. 22.If the card information on file is declined, Black Dog Auctions reserves the right to cancel the invoice and block that bidder from future auctions. We will continue to run your card until it goes thru to cover our loss as we still have to pay our consignors for the sale of the item(s). EVEN if your items have been donated because you did not pick them up
23.Register to bid. At the top of your screen, you will see a button labeled "Login/New Bidder". If you have bid with us in the past and have forgotten your Username or Password, you can reset them from there. There is no charge to register and bid, you only pay if you win an item.
