Auction Terms & Conditions: Please read the Terms of Sale BEFORE bidding!!! If you do not agree to ALL, DO NOT BID! Our terms also explain some common auction terminology. "Bidding on an item or registering for this auction indicates your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions" "Your bidding will signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire, either in person or by viewing all photos and reading the title, along with the description, or that you have chosen not to examine them" All lots are available for inspection any day up until the day of the auction. Preview is available Monday-Friday 9 am to 3 pm. We suggest that you inspect any item before bidding as we cannot be held responsible for any item that you bid on and are not happy with because you did not notice something about it in the pictures on the internet—we highly suggest inspecting in person. Please register with the credit card that you intend on paying with, and it will be charged at auction completion. 4% fee for credit cards will be charged as well. " ANY ITEM TOTAL THAT IS OVER $300 WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO A WIRE TRANSFER ONLY " NO CARD WILL BE TAKEN FOR ORDERS OVER $300 and there is also No fee if paying cash upon pickup. If you plan on picking up and paying cash, make sure we know by Text or phone call BEFORE Monday. Nothing has been tested unless otherwise stated. If an item is stated as NEW, it is new, and not a return. Returns will be noted as such. Used items are just that: used and not cleaned. All items are in the exact same condition as we received them and have not been cleaned. If the item is sealed in the box, we will not open it to inspect, we assume it is new, sealed from the factory. All items are sold as-is, with no guarantees, and NO returns will be accepted whatsoever. No chargebacks are allowed on credit cards either. If you do this, you will be blocked and reported for fraud (If you still have the items) and our attorneys will be in touch with you. You will also be blocked from bidding on HiBid auctions. Bids may be canceled at any point throughout the auction, as we do find scammers that have registered and have bids placed, and once we notice that they are on our HiBid site, we cancel all of their bids and block them from bidding, so if you see that you were outbid, then later you notice that you are the high bidder again, this is why. We are currently dealing with a particular scammer who changes his name and address every auction and somehow manages to get registered every time, and always bids on a LOT of the lots, so we try to contact the phone number, and of course, it is disconnected. Then we find the email and realize it is the same person. HiBid is trying to find a way to prevent this, but there is no solution as of yet. Also, the auction company may be bidding on some items as they are consigned to the auction company to sell for the consignor. Coins and money are exactly the way we received them. We do not clean them. On silver coins, we do not spend the time to test each for its purity, other than testing with a VERY strong neodymium magnet. If the coin is a rare, high-dollar coin, we would check it for purity, just to be safe. Silver bars are tested with a Sigma Metalytics PMV to confirm purity. ALL gold bars and coins are also tested for purity. We will also include a picture of the bar on the machine to prevent fraud from occurring from customers returning a bar and saying it is not real. Also, any really old coin, that appears to be very clean for its age, we will note it as “coin or token?” so please bid as if it is a token with no real value other than collectability, as there are a lot of fakes out there, and some are almost impossible to tell the difference until you send them in to get graded. Any coin named as a “token” and not a “coin or token” is 100% guaranteed to be a token only with no value other than as a collectible piece. Our common auction terminology: Challenge coin–a specially made coin given to someone to honor their service or just their accomplishments. Any notes on coins such as .999 gold or .925 silver are not accurate and should be ignored unless we state otherwise. Hobo Coin–a coin or token altered as a piece of art only, only for artistic value. Token: Exactly that, a coin or token that may have no real value other than its collectibility to certain individuals. If we put “coin or token” in the title, that means we are not sure what it is, so bid on it as if it is a token only. Gold and silver: I am not going into detail on each, but please do your research on the difference between 10k, 14k, 18k, 24k, 925 silver, 900 silver, 40% silver, German silver, Tibetan Silver, Gold leaf flakes, gold plated, gold filled, etc. Please know what you are bidding on before bidding. 925 Stamped or 850 stamped: We do note any time jewelry is stamped, but in current times, a stamp may only signify that it is only plated, not solid. You are more than welcome to come by, (and we even encourage you to), before the auction day, and test as many pieces as you would like, with your test equipment. That way there is no question as to the purity content of any jewelry, coins, or bars. Our description is merely a guideline describing it as we see it and is our opinion only. We do use talk-to-text when describing, so don't always count on the wording, always see the pictures to be 100% sure of what you are bidding on. Also, the title only allows so many words, so the title may be continued down to the description, so please read the title and description. Please see pictures on all items as we may miss something in the title or description. Pictures are the best way to determine if something is like you are hoping it is. Coins, Banknotes, Sportscards, and Jewelry: All are listed to the best of our ability. We are not a coin, banknote, sportscard, and jewelry expert. We try to describe them to the best of our ability as to what we see or the items say on them. We cannot guarantee authenticity on anything unless it says “Guaranteed”. On jewelry, please see the Please do your due diligence and do your own research before bidding. Graded items are of course guaranteed by the grading company. Foreign items are especially hard to determine authenticity as we do not see these items in our daily routines, so please do your own research before bidding. We will ship everything, except for the furniture, which we can, as long as shipping is arranged by you. All Items will be shipped the cheapest way, except we will add insurance and registered delivery when we deem necessary. We do not mark up shipping, what it costs us is what it will cost you. We use appropriate boxes, mailers, and packing material to do the best of our ability to make sure your items arrive safely. Items are usually packed for shipping on Thursday and Friday. We try to have all items en route by Friday (unless it is going out of the country), but there could be a reason for a delay as late as Monday in some instances. There are also certain auctions where we sell a lot more than expected which may also delay shipping times. Shipping will be billed on a separate charge after the items are shipped. If you prefer us to hold onto your purchases for a few weeks and combine shipping on all of them, we have no problem with that, you just need to contact us and let her know before the auction ends. WE DO NOT PUT ITEMS IN AN ENVELOPE AND MAIL WITH A STAMP. There is no tracking and no insurance on items by doing this, so please do not ask or get upset when it costs more than $5 to ship a couple of coins, blame the USPS for postage increases, not us. Also, ensure that you have the correct address listed, as we ship items to the “Shipping address” on your registration. If an item is returned to us as “undeliverable” we can always reship it to you, to the correct address, at your expense. If an item arrives to you damaged, be sure to save the item, box, packing material, and label on the package, and text us pictures of all of the above mentioned to 704-682-6968 so we can file an insurance claim. Insurance claims cannot be filed on stolen packages unfortunately, you would have to file a police report and hope that a neighbor has a security camera. Also, just a note, If you have an address listed as a PO Box, shipping large items will be more expensive as UPS and fed-ex will not ship to a PO box. There are also many times when an item or lot is paid for, but we cannot get the shipping charges to be paid. We normally try to contact the buyer at least 3-4 times, but after numerous contacts and at least 14 days have passed, we will consider the item abandoned and donate as we see fit if we cannot get the shipping paid for. If you prefer pick-up, Pick-up will start NO EARLIER than Thursday at 899 East Main Ave, Taylorsville, NC, 28681. (Think Pink Marketplace). The store is open Tues-Saturday 10-4. Please try to make time to come during regular store hours. If you cannot do this, please call or text 704-682-6968 so we can make different arrangements. Any items not picked up within 2 weeks of the auction ending date will be considered abandoned and forfeited without a refund. Items must be paid for before picking up, with a credit card run online before picking up, or with cash (exact change preferred, as our auction register is kept separate from our retail store register and cards CANNOT be run via our store card reader) Also, if you bid on an item, and later decide that the item is too expensive to ship, it is still your item, we cannot take it off your ticket and refund your money. At that point, we can either donate it to Habitat for Humanity or throw it in the trash. NOTE: There will be No returns after 30 days as the consignor will have already been paid for the items.. There will also be NO chargebacks allowed; if you do this and have the items it will be considered theft and we WILL contact your local police department along with our local department, along with showing all paper trails of your transaction to the CC company to show you did indeed get the items. ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR THIS AUCTION, YOU DO HEREBY AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN.
Your bid must adhere to the bid increment schedule.
