If necesarry you can attain special permission from them in writing to hold your items beyond 30 days. In addition Auction Owls Inc. reserves the right to refuse payment via credit card if it anticipates any potential problems. " All items without exception are subject to HST unless being shipped to the USA. We do not ship outside of North America. All items sold are subject to a 10% buyers premium which is also subject to the HST without any exceptions (Unless the item is tax exempt). " Items that are not paid for during the designated period, are subject to a $5.00 weekly storage/late fee, and after a period of 30 days may be subject to be relsited and sold without notice. Items must be paid for prior to transporting and transportation of items will generally occur within 30 days of auction closure. We will notify you when your item will be available for pickup. We also deliver paid orders to our pickup location in Charlottetown for free 1 week after auction closes. * We do our best to ship items in a safe manner. Auction Owls accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
