There will be a 10% buyers premium added to each final bid to establish the total sale price of each lot. Bidding begins to close Nov. 21st at 10am - We will utilize a stagger & soft close method of closing this auction, meaning the auction will begin closing at 10am. A lot will close every 20 seconds starting with lot 1 and ending with the last lot. If a bid is placed on any lot in the last minute before it closes, the bidding window will be extended for another minute. Shipping is NOT available on any lots. If you plan to pay with a card, please let the auctioneer know before 5pm on Nov. 21st. Credit cards add 4% and must be processed by 5pm on Nov. 21st. We will accept cash or check at the pick up site. Pick up will be at 212 Kempville Hwy, Carthage, TN 37030, on Nov. 22nd from 7am to 4pm. If you are the winning bidder of a vehicle, possession will transfer with title when payment is received in full. If paying with a check, a bill of sale will be supplied, and title will not be relinquished until check clears. For other items, possession will transfer on the pick up day when payment is received in full. Heartland Real Estate & Auction and the seller furnish all auction items to buyers in "AS IS" condition: unsupported and without warranty of any kind. Bidders are responsible for ascertaining the condition of each item. All lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are a matter of opinion. Information contained herein is believed to be correct but not guaranteed. When bidding closes, each sale is final with no contingencies of any kind.
