Payment will be due prior to picking your items up at the designated pickup time. Bidders are solely responsible for removal of all items. Items sold as is-where is.
This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION. All bidding will take place online. Items will begin to close on FRIDAY JANUARY 3RD at 4PM CST. We will send you the address and detailed pickup information after the auction closes. You will then make arrangements to pickup your winning items on SATURDAY JANUARY 4TH BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

All items must be picked up on Saturday January 4th or you will be charged for your invoice and forfeit your purchase. Pickup is only available outside of advertised dates by contacting Marcy to arrange pickup-Call or Text (515)729-2811.
DISCLAIMERS
All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. You will have 1 day to pick up and pay for your items. We will describe and photograph items as detailed as possible. It is possible that an item may be included in the auction but unable to be located at pick up. If this happens the item will be deleted from your invoice. Many of the new items we have used representative photos of the item. For example since there are so many similar items we photographed one set and then used the photos for all duplicate lots that are exactly the same in quality, type, quantity, there will be no distinguishable material difference. There may be undiscovered damage in some boxes that we did not fully inspect. We have made an inspection of each box and believe them to be sound but we will refund any damaged items as long as you disclose the damage to us at the time of pick up. We will not refund items that were taken home and damage wasn't immediately reported to us at the time of pick up. If you are using a 3rd party shipper you must give them instructions to inspect your items upon receiving them. Once they have left and damage was not discovered it becomes the responsibility of the 3rd party and not ours.
Technology is never guaranteed. People may use max bids which are equal to yours. The first person to bid a number will be considered the leader by the software. The best way to ensure that your technology does not fail during the close is to use Max bidding and let the computer bid for you.
