We have made an inspection of each box and believe them to be sound but we will refund any damaged items as long as you disclose the damage to us at the time of pick up. We will not refund items that were taken home and damage wasn't immediately reported to us at the time of pick up. If you are using a 3rd party shipper you must give them instructions to inspect your items upon receiving them. Once they have left and damage was not discovered it becomes the responsibility of the 3rd party and not ours. Technology is never guaranteed. People may use max bids which are equal to yours. The first person to bid a number will be considered the leader by the software.
