PICK-UP
Pick up times & dates are firm. All items are to be picked up by the designated time that auction states . Live Oak Auctions will be the determining factor on deciding whether the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. DON'T BID on items if you do not or cannot make the pick-up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Live Oak Auctions. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED BUSINESS DAY ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF Live Oak Auctions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. SHIPPING

Shipping / Pick Up

Delivery:
We do offer delivery. There is a $75 charge for each item delivered under 30 miles. Any item over 30 miles will be a $100 delivery fee. Live Oak cannot deliver an item further than 60 miles from our location without having the details worked out before the end of the current auction.
