This Property is sold subject to all outstanding easements on said property for roads of public record or private use being granted, prescribed, leased or otherwise conveyed easements of power, electronic and telephone lines and the like and likewise subject to any cemetery or cemeteries that may now exist on this property rights of the public to use and gain access to any cemetery lying within the bounds of the land described.
