Side of Westco on 450th Lane / Beaver Creek Rd, go approximately 4 mi. N. Turn Right on 610th Rd, Go 1.9 miles, Turn Left on 13C / 430th Trail Rd, Go 5.8 miles, Destination on Left
Checkout Date/Time Loadout will be On Saturday November 16th from 9am until 3:30pm. If Weather is Bad Loadout may be moved to another day. Please watch our Facebook page at Arner Auction Service or call Chadd at 308-430-2392 Arner Auction Service will not be able to Haul any items back for anyone, so please if you can't pick it up, have someone there that can. We are willing to send Square invoices prior to loadout if that helps with a 4% Fee.

Description
This will be the outdoor items, tools, and equipment of Dale and Janice's Estate. All items will be sold as is with no Guarantees. Items have set for some time. The Auction will open on Saturday November 9th at 5pm and Start to soft close on Wednesday November 13th at 4pm MST. Preview will be 12pm to 4pm on Friday Nov. 8th and Monday Nov. 11th For Information on any item you can call Frank Wellnitz, Personal Representative at 308-360-0444
All sales are final. There will be Cash, Check, Credit Card (4% Surcharge) and Pal Pay available for payment. As always there will be NO help for loading at pick up. All items are sold as is, there is no refunds or returns. Any guarantees will be made between the buyer and seller. We will list any defects or damage as best we can, there are no guarantees. All items must be paid in full on or before being picked up. Also, all items must be picked up on the designated dates and times. You are responsible for bringing help to load your stuff, as none will be provided. No Exceptions. If not picked up on designated dates and times, we reserve the right to charge you or resell the item. You are still expected to pay for your items if they come up missing because you waited until later in the day to pick up your items. Credit cards are subject to internet availability. THERE WILL BE NO CREDIT CARDS EXCEPTED DAY OF LOUDOUT, due to no Cell service. You can still pay with Credit Card if done prior to loadout. As usual there will be a 4% Charge for Card use.

Day of Loadout we will ONLY except Cash or Check due to No cell Service. If you would like to pay prior to loadout with a card w/4% charge we can send you an invoice with a Square Link. You may come inspect the items on scheduled viewing date to satisfy your self as to the condition of any particular item or items.
There will be No Shipping on Items unless discussed with Auction Company prior to Auction. If we do ship any items, it will only be small items, with a shipping and handling Charge. Large items will be your responsibility to find someone to ship or haul
