Welcome to ARTIQUES High Bid Auctions! Our auctions feature specialized or households of items. Bidding starts at $5, unless we have placed a reserve on something of great value. BUYERS PREMIUM AND SALES TAX- A 18% buyers premium will be added to all check out totals, plus city and state sales tax at the rate of 6.1%. On designated Pick up day: Bring your own boxes and wrapping paper! Pick up is one day only! November 6th (7:30-11:30am). Address will be provided at end of auction.
Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s) or make shipping arrangements. If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. If you bid, you MUST arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the location without payment. Therefore, if total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited and bidding privileges revoked. Bring necessary tools, boxes, wrapping and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, or out building. Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed (Please keep an eye on your SPAM folder as they can up there). All payments will be processed by Global Payments Integrated (GPI). If we are unable to process your payment, we will reach out to you via phone and or email. If you do not respond, your items will be resold and your account will be suspended. SHIPPING: Bidders are financially responsible for shipping and handling. NOT ALL LOTS CAN BE SHIPPED. If you require shipping, please contact us before bidding to inquire about shipping policies, and let us know you will need shipping. All lots requiring shipping will be brought to our local shipper within days of the auction end date. Those who require shipping MUST contact us, and have paid for their lot, prior to pick up day. We ship thru Pak-Mail (520)-797-0355 pakmail@weshiptucson.com Please contact them for a shipping estimate prior to bidding. On site Pick up will be scheduled through SIGN UP GENIUS. Please watch your email (Sometimes it goes to SPAM) for your settlement and sign up as soon as possible. We use the schedule to organize ahead of pick up day, this makes it faster for all of us. All items not picked up during the pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. If you fail to pick up or make arrangements with us, we also reserve the right to charge you a $20 per day storage fee. A 18% Buyer's Premium plus Sales Tax will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced. A buyer's premium is a common fee in all types of auctions. Because of the unpredictability of an auction, a buyer's premium allows an auction house to create an additional stream of income to cover costs associated with conducting an auction. We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS-IS WHERE-IS. No refunds or returns. We do not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. We do not test metals, if they are marked "Sterling" or ".925" or a gold mark such as "14K" we will list that marking in the description, there is no guarantee of the metal content. Pick up day is one day only! November 6th (7:30am to 11:30am). Address will be provided on the SIGN UP GENIUS site at the end of the auction.
