Purchases will be delivered to packaging center. * Provided Buyer fails to pay as agreed, and Auction Firm or Seller incurs legal expense, Buyer agrees to reimburse all expenses and fees, and any legal action or court used for dispute resolution will be in the jurisdiction of the location of the auction firm. None paying bidders information will be shared with all HiBid Auction firms.
