ELIGIBILITY:
The auction is open to individuals who are 18 years or older, and who meet any additional eligibility requirements set by the auction platform.
By participating in the auction, the buyer confirms their eligibility and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions.
REGISTRATION:
Buyers must register with accurate and complete information to participate in the auction.
The auction platform reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:
Goods are sold "as is" with all faults, and the auction platform makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition or authenticity of the items.
Buyers are encouraged to review item descriptions, photographs, and any available reports or certificates before placing bids.
BIDDING PROCESS:
Bids placed are binding and cannot be retracted.
The auction platform may set a starting bid and bidding increments, and reserves the right to withdraw or modify items, extend bidding periods, or cancel bids at its discretion.
AUCTION DURATION AND CLOSING:
The auction will run for a specified duration, and the closing time will be clearly communicated.
In the event of bidding activity near the closing time, the auction may be extended for a predetermined time period.
BUYER'S PREMIUM AND FEES:
A buyer's premium of 5% will be added to the final bid price.

Sales Tax:
If you are sales tax exempt, you will need to provide a completed tax-exempt form.
Payment Terms:
Accepted forms of payment will be specified, such as credit cards, wire transfers, or other approved methods.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion or at pickup of items.
Late payments may be subject to penalties or cancellation of the sale.
All denied transactions due to expiration date, non-sufficient funds, and/or other reasons, shall be subject to a $10 processing fee.
Shipping and Delivery:
Buyers are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of shipping, insurance, and any applicable customs or import duties.
The auction platform will provide estimated delivery times and will assist in coordinating shipping.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the auction or related transactions will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration according to Illinois laws.
Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve any disputes amicably.
Limitations of Liability:
The auction platform will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the goods purchased, including loss of profits, data, or personal injury.
The buyer assumes all risks associated with the purchase and use of the items.
Privacy and Data Protection:
The auction platform will handle customer information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.
Personal data may be shared with third parties only as necessary to fulfill the auction transaction or as required by law.
Documents:
All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For example: Death certificates, Letters of authority, Creditor liens, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc.
All gun buyers will be required to fill out a 4473 form and pass a background check. Out of state buyers will be required to have any and all guns shipped to an TTL (Federal Firearms License) Dealer.
Pick up for lots won will be Saturday October 12, between 9:00-6:00 and Sunday October 13, 9:00-6:00. If any lots are not picked up after one week, they will be considered abandoned.
