Description
The Torrey is a professional 64" high black lightweight adjustable A-frame artist tripod studio floor easel and display stand. It's made with sturdy pinewood with a black wood finish. It weighs less than 2-pounds and can be folded flat for easy transportation and storage. Assembly is required. The easels third tripod leg is held in place with a chain strap, and the legs have rubber feet for extra stability. A solid adjustable floor easel that accommodates a canvas up to 40" high. The easel can also be used as a 34" high tabletop easel by removing the lower leg extensions. The easel dimensions are 42" wide by 34" deep by 64" high with a 62" set-up height, and the canvas rest is 24" wide with a 1.3" deep front ledge. The canvas rests height can be adjusted up and down the easels front legs as needed depending on the canvas size being used. Simply register for the auction BEFORE the day of the auction! Pick-Ups will be by appointment only. Please be aware that pickups for this Sunday night auction will NOT be the following Saturday/Sunday. This auction's winnings will need to be picked up on Thursday or the following week. There will be a limited time window for this week's pick-ups. Please choose a time via the Shipping Saint email all high bidder's will receive.
1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. All credit cards used at the time of registration will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for the total invoice price plus buyer's premium and sales tax. Shipping including the handling charges (if needed) will be a separate charge once packed and quoted. If you would like to arrange another form of payment. You MUST contact us prior to the start of the auction. 2. Everything will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. It is imperative that you are fully satisfied with the item prior to placing your bid. It is the the buyer's responsibility to perform their due diligence and ask any questions they may have prior to placing a bid. Absolutely no guarantees or promises as to the condition, functionality, rarity, originality, or any form of authentication regardless of any statements made written or announced either in the auction listing or via the live video webcast. If you are not entirely satisfied with the item you would be bidding on. Please do not bid. 3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. if he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 5. Pick-up or shipping when available must be completed in each auction's designated window and time frame. If you are unable to pick-up in the alotted time you MUST contact us prior to the auction closing to make arrangements. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5 per day up to $50 per lot begins 24 hours after the last advertised pick-up time. After 10 days, if your item has still not been picked up and any applicable fees are not paid, your item will be deemed abandoned and resold with no refunds. 6. 15% BUYERS PREMIUM - In effect on all merchandise sold either online or in-person. A 15% buyer's premium fee will be added to the final bid price of all items. Please keep this fee in mind while bidding. 7. SHIPPING - On any item in which shipping is offered. The buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any associated packing expenses. Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.A. Exact freight costs are unknown until we know what you won and the package dimensions/weight. Any estimate or quote given prior to the final cost is simply that, an estimate. 8.

Payment Terms
All invoices are required to be paid in full immediately following the conclusion of the auction. A credit card authorization was required upon registering for this auction. The cards on file will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction for the full balance due plus buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax. If you would like to arrange another form of payment; please contact us prior to the start of the auction. If your card is declined for the full balance; a smaller deposit may be charged. Any invoices with outstanding balances are required to be settled in full. Please contact us if you believe there may be any delay in your payment processing.
Shipping is Available on Most Lots. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the high bidder including freight and packing materials.There will be a $15 service charge per invoice that requires shipping.
