Thank you for supporting our small business each week. We appreciate you! We offer SHIPPING and LOCAL PICKUP in Blue Eye, Missouri, IMPORTANT! Please read thoroughly. The address for pick up will be available on your paid invoice. Pick up date and time for this auction is Thursday 10/03/2024 from 2:30pm to 6:30pm CST in Blue Eye Mo. (We will also offer delivery of your won items to a south Springfield pick up location where you’ll be able to pick up your items for an additional fee of $20. This will be for up to 3 won lots. You will need to pay this fee when you come to pick up your items in Springfield. Each additional won lot after the 3, will be an additional $4 per lot). Cash only for delivery to the Springfield pick up location. The delivery fee will need to be paid before you leave the pick up location in Springfield. Important! (The Springfield Mo pick up date will be on Friday 10/4/2024 between 5pm to 6:30 pm. Please notify us by email to abestatesalesofmo@gmail.com or by texting us at 417-655-2676. We will need to know of your need for the Springfield pick up by no later than Weds 10/02/2024 by 4pm CST. Please DO NOT come to pick up your items at any other times as we will not be able to assist you. All items not picked up from the Blue Eye pick up location by 6:30 pm on 10/03/2024 will be considered abandoned property and will be donated and no refund will be given. We have no storage to hold any unclaimed items so, if you are not able to make your pick up during the allotted pick up times, please ensure you have a back up plan if such a case does arise. We offer long distance shipping through Rapid Ship in Republic Mo.
If you need your items shipped please let us know by emailing us at abestatesalesofmo@gmail.com or by texting us at 417-655-2676. Please notify us of your need for shipping by 4:00 pm CST Weds 10/02/2024. If you have not notified us of your need for shipping by this date and time your items will not be eligible for shipping and you will need to pick up your items on the pick up days specified in the auctions terms and conditions.
We will not be able to hold over any paid items for a future pick up. Please make sure the pick up day works for you. We ask that you please have a backup person for your pick up if you are unable to make these times. Please email us at abestatesalesofmo@gmail.com or call us at 417-655-2676 us with your back up/pick up person's name if you are personally unable to make your pick up time and day and we will gladly release it to them with their proper picture ID.
Unfortunately we do not have anyone on site to help with lifting/loading. Please arrange for your own loading/unloading help.
AB Estate Sales of Missouri LLC and homeowners are not responsible for accidents at the site of the pick up location.
Other terms of the auction;
1. All items are sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied by the auction company. We do our best to identify and detail our items clearly. Each item is sold as-is, and we make no promises as to the authenticity (unless a COA is attached). We reserve the right to update items/auctions and pull items/auctions for any reason.
2. REGISTERING AND/OR BIDDING AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS. When you register for AB Estate Sales auctions you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase from our auction. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or charge backs. All sales are final!
3.We do not store your credit card information. Any changes you make after registering will not be updated.
4. If you do not pick up your items by 6:30 pm on Thursday 10/03/2024 you will forfeit the items, you will not receive a refund, and will be charged the cost of the items and all fee’s. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final!
5. Buyer authorizes AB Estate Sales of Missouri LLC to charge buyers Credit/Debit card for the buyers total purchase and fees.
All bids must adhere to our increment schedule:
$2.50 - $49.99 = $2.50 Per Bid
$50 - $199.99 = $5.00 Per Bid
$200 - $449.99 = $7.50 Per Bid
$550-999.99 = $10 Per Bid
$1,000.00 -$1,999.99 = $15 Per Bid
$2,000.00 -$4,999.99 = $20 Per Bid
$5,000.00 - and up = $30 Per Bid
