Items in this auction are PREOWNED. All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. Once you have placed a Bid, your Bid can not be retracted. Bidding on any lot without the intent to pay all charges is deemed fraudulent.. -NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS..
Gran-E LLC reserves the right to remove any item(s) from a sale at any time for any reason.

PICK UP AVAILABLE:
FRIDAY OCT 4TH 10AM - 3PM CST BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
ADDITIONAL PICK UP DATES/TIMES WILL NOT BE AN OPTION.
The pick up address is in DALLAS (Pleasant Grove area). The physical address will be given to the highest bidders via email.
Buyer will be responsible for taking apart and loading their purchases. Buyer will need to bring their own tools and labor help as the school will not be able to assist in removal of these items.
NO SHIPPING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS AUCTION. PICK UP ON DATE / TIMES ABOVE ONLY.
Items not picked up at the designated location on Friday Oct 4th between 10am - 4pm CST will be forfeited and disposed of as the seller deems necessary. Possible suspension of bidding rights may occur at management's discretion if items are not picked up on designated day/time offered. There will be NO Refunds for the items left. The buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring a scheduled pick up is completed on Oct 4th, 2024 between 10am - 4pm CST.
After closing of the last item, the buyer will receive an informational email with pick up instructions, scheduled appointment request, and an invoice attached. This informational email will be sent at any time after the last item is sold and prior to doors opening for pick up. It is possible this informational email may be sent between the hours of 9pm - 8am. By bidding on any item in the auction, you agree to receive emails during these hours.
Indemnification: Buyer shall indemnify Gran-E LLC against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. The buyer will not hold Gran-E LLC, its owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
Governing Law: The laws of the state of Texas govern this agreement. All lawsuits must be filed in Ellis County, Texas.
