1) There will be a 10% Buyer's Fee on each item.
2) Each item sold is AS IS, WHERE IS, Without Warranty.
3) All sales are final!
4) There will be a $100.00 Title Fee on all Vehicles 1986 and newer. Minnesota Tax of 6.5% is due at the time of purchase on all titled vehicles purchased by Minnesota residents. Tax is not charged if you are not a Minnesota Resident.
5) A $50.00 document fee will be charged on all un-titled vehicles and trailers.
6) ONLINE BUYERS- Payment in full for purchase is required within 2 business days of Auction Day. We accept cash, cashier's check, good personal or company check or wire transfer (add $18.00 wire fee). Visa, MasterCard are accepted with a 3% Processing Fee added.
7) Minnesota Sales Tax of 7.38% will be added to your purchase price unless you have a valid sales tax exempt form.
