Registered bidders agree to all terms and conditions as set forth by auction company.
All items are sold strictly as is, where is including all faults. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine exact condition and authenticity of an item. B & H Auction strives to accurately describe all auction items, however, written and/or oral descriptions are only our opinion based on information provided to us and should not be considered a guarantee or warranty either express or implied. Also, the absence of a condition report does not imply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final - no refunds or returns.
B & H Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion.
Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes.
Ownership is transferred once auctioneer calls it sold. B & H Auction holds no liability for any item after it has been called as sold, and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy.
Technology Disruptions - B&H Auction will not be responsible for technology disruptions, errors, or failures (including disruptions to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize, or record online bids), whether caused by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, failure of the Online Auction Platform, or otherwise (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of YOUR internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) for any other reason. B&H Auction may, but will not be required to, continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced.
18% Buyer's Premium charged to all bidders. All purchases must be paid for upon receipt of invoice. A valid credit card must be made available to secure all online bidding and may be used for payment of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, approved certified funds, wire transfer, or approved check with a valid US billing address. Invoices containing jewelry, coins or silver will require payment by cash, wire transfer, or approved certified funds if you have not established a prior bidding history with our company. B & H Auction reserves the right to hold items paid for by check until the check has cleared. Wire transfer fees will be incurred by the buyer. B & H Auction may, at their discretion, require certain lots to be paid for by wire transfer only. All sales subject to Virginia sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up.
Registered bidders will be added to our customer database & will be sent email notices of upcoming auctions.

Any announcements made day of auction take precedence over printed matter. Any and all disputes resulting from or arising in connection with this auction shall be heard in the general court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia as the sole and exclusive venue.
