Real estate auction & offer to purchase terms & conditions: 1. Successful bidder required to sign a standard WB-11 Offer to Purchase within 24 hours of close of auction. This offer to purchase signed by buyer will have no contingencies. The seller will have the right to accept, reject, or counter any and all high bids or offers to purchase and will have 24 hours from the time of buyer signing offer to purchase to make their decision. 2.
