AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
* 6% Virginia Sales Tax will be added for those not tax exempt. If you are tax exempt, please email a photo of your tax-exempt form to Rachel.htgestates@gmail.com.
* 10% Buyers Premium
* CREDIT CARDS ONLY ACCEPTED; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If winner's card is declined, winner will need to Contact Rachel with another credit card (Bid price+Premium+tax). If winner does not pay within 5 days of auction ending item will be Forfeited and relisted to another auction or donated.
Invoices will be emailed to Winner within 24 hours of auction.

Virginia Residents: Contact Rachel if you would like shipping by noon (Eastern Time) on Thursday after the auction.
NON-Virginia Residents: Will automatically be shipped unless you notify Rachel by noon (Eastern Time) on Thursday after the auction.
*SHIPPING will be available with UPS ground for smaller items, items will be marked "Shipping Available." HTG charges Shipping costs plus a $2.99 handling fee, card on file will be charged separately for these costs. Items will be shipped to the address listed on invoice, not to another address. If shipment equals more than $100, signature will be required.
SHIPPING in the United States only, we DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
WE DO NOT SHIP heavy/large items, if items DO NOT HAVE "Shipping Available" winner will need to pick those items up or arrange for a pick-up service such as FedEx, UPS or PakMal, during our business hours listed in your winner's email.
* PICK UP will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after the auction.
*PICK UP TIMES will be in the body of the winner's email (Check SPAM folder) with your attached paid invoice. No Appointment needed. If you purchase a heavy/ large item, bring help to move.
If the winner is unable to pick up during those times, they will need to make an appointment, this must be done within five (5) days the auction ending. If items are not picked up or have not requested shipping the winner has then forfeited those items and will NOT BE REFUNDED. The items will be eligible for auction or donation.
**BRING PACKING MATERIALS for your purchased items.**
* For internet only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or re-open the auction in case of system failures.
