Auction Terms & Conditions 1. Bidding: Once you have placed a bid, it cannot be retracted. 2. Fees and Taxes: A 15% buyer's premium and a 5.5% sales tax will be added to all sales. 3. Payment: You have 3 days to pay your balance. Failure to do so may result in your items being forfeited, relisted, and sold. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept checks or American Express. 4. Refunds and Returns: All items are sold AS IS, and all sales are final. However, our team values you as a customer and wants you to be happy. If you receive a product that was not pictured correctly or has damage that was not disclosed, we are here to work with you. 5. Pick Up: Pickup is during our normal business hours and must be done by the Monday following the auction close. Our employees are happy to gather your items and assist with loading larger merchandise into your vehicle. The buyer is responsible for ensuring timely pick-up and for loading all items listed on the invoice. There will be no refunds for items that are relisted and sold. 6. Refund/Return Policy for "New" Items: Customers have 30 days after the auction closes to alert us with any questions, concerns, or potential issues with items labeled as “New.” All “Store Return” items are SOLD AS IS and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK.
