We suggest you place your highest bid prior to the auction starting because we move very fast through the lots and you may not get time to increase your bid before the lot closes. This is an auction as described as "public auction" under WV Code. All bidding increments, bidding amounts, bidding styles, time limits are strictly at the discretion of the auctioneer. Also "Prebidding Increments" may change during the LIVE sale; MEANING THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW THE PREBIDDING INCREMENTAL BIDDING CHART. We hold a Federal Firearms License; therefore all firearms will be transferred onsite on day of sale if purchased in person, or can be picked up on Monday from 10-6, or by appointment. Firearms purchased online can be picked up on site as well or can be shipped to the FFL of your choice (Buyer Pays Shipping) BUYERS must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a pistol, and 18 years of age or older to purchase a long gun. No paperwork or requirements on muzzleloaders as per the law. There will be a $20.00 one-time fee if a background check is required, but it will be charged only once regardless of how many firearms you purchase. IF you have a WV concealed carry permit there is NO FEE. ATTENTION ALL ONLINE BIDDERS: THIS IS A SIMULCAST AUCTION MEANING THAT IT IS BOTH ONLINE AND PERSON AT THE SAME TIME. Licensed and bonded in favor of the State of WV Lic #2151 In the event that a piece(s) of glass arrives broken, the buyer must report it to the seller within 48 hours of delivery. The Buyer also must provide the Seller with photos of the box, packing materials, and broken item(s). The seller will file an insurance claim with the postal service, but the buyer must keep the box, packing materials and broken item(s) until the claim is resolved. The seller will communicate any additional needs to the buyer during the claim process. -The seller is not responsible for any items being sent to a drop hub distributor. Buyer must report any damages to seller within 24 hours of item being received at distributor. Buyer is also aware that they must purchase additional insurance from distributor for overseas shipment. Seller will not refund, replace or exchange any item for damage if not notified within 24 hours of delivery to agreed upon location in the US. Seller is not responsible for any issues once the item has left the original box and/or shipment has left the United States.
