All items sell in as is condition. The owner was a heavy smoker in his house. There is a 5% buyers premium added to final bid. Pick up will be on 9-1-24 from Noon until 2. Any items not picked up at that time will be discarded. If shipping is needed we will drop off items at the UPS Store in New Philadelphia and you will be responsible for shipping and handling.
