All of our items are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with no guarantees expressed or implied of any kind. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written material.
Online bidding taking place now and during the live auction. Live auction begins at 6pm (Central) on Saturday, August 24th, and items will close at the pace of the LIVE auction.
By bidding, you are agreeing that you have read and accept all of the terms and conditions expressed and implied, and are entering a legal and binding contract.
You must be 18 years of age or older to bid in this auction.
As of January 1st, 2022, all bidders will be individually approved by Knowles Auction Service before being able to bid. Approval for bidding will be at the discretion of Knowles Auction Service based on past bidding history and ratings from other auction companies among other things. We will only be approving bidders up to the time the first item in the auction closes.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns.
All payments to be made to Edgar County Shrine Club.
Winning Online Bidders will be contacted by the Edgar County Shrine Club in order to discuss payment and pick up.
****Note: The Edgar County Shrine Club is willing to ship items at the expense of the Buyer.****
Firearm purchases will be handled through Edgar County Shrine Club's FFL.
Must be 18 years old to purchase long guns & 21 years old to purchase hand guns.
The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item back up for sale again.
The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
Knowles Auction Service reserves the right to end, stop, or cancel the auction at any time if necessary.
Knowles Auction Service and its employees are not responsible for accidents.
Seller and Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means, therefore they cannot guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service as the website could be interfered with by means out of their control. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.
