Auction Terms & Conditions
Bidding Notice: This is an internet only auction. All bidding activity will take place online.
BidderSweets.com auction previews days are currently by appointment only. Auction will begin closing Wednesday at 630 pm PST. Some auctions items may require preview and pick up in an alternate location. Please see specific auction lot description for preview, pick up location and specific details.
- All bids are final. If you are the winning bidder, you agree to pay your final bid amount, all
applicable taxes and any listed associated fees incurred and as noted in these Terms and
Conditions, and or auction description.
- All items are sold as is whereas no exceptions. We try very hard to bring quality items in good working
condition, unless otherwise stated. Ultimately, it is buyers responsibility to determine items condition and
authenticity.
- BidderSweets.com is not responsible for confirming consignor item details and description
- All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
- A 13% buyer's premium will be added to every item sold, however, we offer a 3% cash discount on buyer
fees.
- All items are to be picked up during pick up times posted in the description of each auction unless
arrangements have been made with BidderSweets PRIOR to auction start. Bidders
that do not pick up their items by the end pf pick up day might lose their bidding privledges.
- Items not picked up during the designated times will be subject to forfeiture with
no refund. Items left over 5 days will be resold, disposed of, or donated at BidderSweets.com discretion.
- Any auction items paid for but not picked up will be held for 5 business days. If no arrangements have been
made by buyer, items will be considered abandoned and become the property of BidderSweets.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
- Auction invoice must be paid in full before any items will be released to Buyer.
- It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items, moving and loading
assistance is not guaranteed by BidderSweets.com. Please bring packing materials and help to load heavy
items.
- Accepted forms of payment include most major Credit/Debit cards and Cash. No checks accepted.
- All of our auctions have a soft close.
- Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all
damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever
caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.
- While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or
guarantee, expressed or implied. BidderSweets.com shall not be held responsible for
advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies.
- Any Announcements made on day of sale supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves
the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder. Buyer's Premium May Apply.
- Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond our
control. Internet bidders be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission
could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will work to accommodate
varying internet speeds but is not responsible for the final result of delays.
Notice to Sellers
- BidderSweets reserves the right to refuse to list any item at our discretion.
- Only items that are clean and in good working condition will be sold in auction.
- Items that are clean present better in photos and will bring in higher bids.
- Any information seller can provide BidderSweets.com regarding items listed for sale will only improve final
sale, and help inerested parties find that special treasure.
